Ever need a brake pedal switch for a 2016 Ram 2500?

I looked through every page on Star Parts I could think of.     Put the words in search.    Called Chrysler.    Just about screamed!!!!   O and Chrysler wouldn't touch it without a case number.  Yes it's their rules.    But it just doesn't work when you need an answer today.    So luck has it...

One other guy at another shop remembered it well.     It was listed as a body sensor....

Remember Summer days at the track in the 70's?

As a kid I have many fond thoughts about the local dirt tracks.    Summer nights watching the cars,   the people,   and the sounds/smells.   Dreaming I was old enough to drive a car,  maybe win,    and kiss the flag lady.    A soda,  hotdogs,  and great times long gone.



I was most like at some of these races.




Some of the motors for the cars came from my Dad's yard.

So, is this the oft-rumored Jeep Gladiator V8? Maybe! All that black plastic is obviously trying to disguise something around the engine compartment, as well as what appears to be a bulge in the hood. There's no opening in that camo, though, so we're probably not looking at a new Gladiator Shaker option. Damn, they should absolutely do that.

I grew up around a bone yard for cars.     My Dad sold parts for years.   We rode the rollback as young kids.   Picked up many a wreck.    People would show up with tools in hand.    Pull their parts,  pay us,   and leave.    I crashed my 1970 Ford Mav. in the late 80's.    Smashed it all to Hell.    My Dad sold the motor and trans the next week.    Helped me with money to find another ride.    The good old days.    Now it's all online,   big warehouses full of parts,   and no more hands on.    Just call and it's delivered.    I miss the smell of an old car.    The grease.   The tools.    The yelling at times.   All that.

Took the day off to hang with my friends.
