You don't always have to be asked.

I noticed a shield hanging down on a new tire we just put on.    Told the tech...Hey that should be fixed.   He kind of said ….no one said.   I got a wire tie from the guy doing repairs to the computers.     I fixed it.   It is only the right thing to do.
